Welcome to our living archive. Drift from piece to piece, and let the rhythms and stillness guide your eye.
The performance looks inward and asks what we carry with our bodies. Spatial and geographical kinesphere shapes one's physicality. When we move to a different space, our physicality adapts to the new space, creating another layer of memory beneath our skin. We depart from the present, an archive of the human condition as reflected through the past, to an unknown future full of changes and encounters.

The performance was imagining if we can see the "あの世 (The Other Side),” where the souls of all people who have passed away go. In August of 2023, Yukina Sato's grandmother passed away. She had dementia, and in the end, she did not remember Yukina at all. It made Yukina think about how we remember our lives and the weight of life. 11 movers and Yukina talked and embodied how we mourn, long, and grieve about somebody whom we loved.
